Kramer Big Bear Retreat

Nestled on a street just blocks away from a golf course and Big Bear Lake, this project makes use of the restrictive development square footage of only 1000 sq.ft. land plots. The program is designed with access to the lower structure to allow rental of both spaces separately. the upper layout, without the kitchen island, could accommodate a second sleeping quarters via a sofa bed.
