M3 Atelier + Initiative can provide comprehensive Asbuilt documents formatted for Autocad and Revit. The office will organize the layer matrices to take full advantage of communicating the conditions in the field.

We use a combination of laser technology and software, as well as the traditional measuring tape for small details.

In addition to recording survey material and design services, m3a+i will also provide rendering and physical modelling services. Photography material is included with all survey projects. We are also positioned to navigate Landmarks studies to successfully work on renovations that require that extra mile of research to get a project greenlit by the agencies.
