Based in Washington D.C., this client required a design direction for the entry lobby and sales office as well as mailing room and the elevator lobby. This project builds upon my long standing professional relationship with GKV Architects. I partnered up with the interior design team of Bryan Bennett to realize this hospitality design solution. I enjoyed the great support of Randy Gerner, principle partner with GKV. This project included collaboration with local architects Davis Carter Scott (DCS). The local office was responsible for erection of the 14W apartment structure. GKV provided design of the interiors.
